Easy Call Sheets has deep respect for the privacy of production companies, cast and crew. Data from a call sheet is only viewable by the cast and crew members invited to that project by the project account owner. Crew can decide to accept or ignore invitations to a project and/or its associated call sheets. We do not explicitly share data on a call sheet publicly, in online directories and/or any marketing materials, and any sharing of a call sheet generated from Easy Call Sheets is at the sole discretion of the account owner and/or the approved recipients of a call sheet. As a result, while we strive to protect user information, cast and crew contact details, project information, and call sheet details, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or through the use Easy Call Sheets and you acknowledge and agree that you provide such information and engage in such transmissions at your own risk. While we never share your personal information with non-affiliated companies, we may share your personal information in the following ways:
We may share information with service providers who provide necessary services to Easy Call Sheets and to strategic partners who help us market Easy Call Sheets – for instance to send out newsletters or to process payments.
To provide customer support.
When we have your permission to share your information.
When we have given you prior notice that the information will be shared.
When we are required by law, or legal process to disclose that information – such as a valid court order or a valid subpoena. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may decline to process unreasonable requests or requests that are not otherwise required by local law. We retain your information and data that we process on your behalf as long as your account is active, as needed to provide our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. We have no direct relationship with third parties with whom our users may interact using the Services. Any such party who would like to amend or delete data which may be stored in the Services should direct his or her request to the applicable Harvest user acting as the “data controller” for such information. Any such party who no longer wishes to be contacted by a Easy Call Sheets user, should contact that Easy Call Sheets user directly.
